Meeresleuchten

Hier kommt es herein geschwommen: Meeresleuchten

…inspiriert von einem wundervollen Gedicht von Friedrich Hebbel steigt es aus dunklen Meerestiefen zu uns empor.

Inspired by a wonderful poem by Friedrich Hebbel, it rises from dark depths of the sea to us.

Meeresleuchten

Aus des Meeres dunklen Tiefen

Stieg die Venus still empor,

Als die Nachtigallen riefen

In dem Hain, den sie erkor.

Und zum Spiegel, voll Verlangen,

Glätteten die Wogen sich,

Um ihr Bild noch aufzufangen,

Da sie selbst auf ewig wich.

Lächelnd gönnte sie dem feuchten

Element den letzten Blick,

Davon blieb dem Meer sein Leuchten

Bis auf diesen Tag zurück.

Flirrewirbelwind wirbelt herein…Flirrewirbelwind whirls in

Huii, es quirlt und wirbelt der Flirrewirbelwind herein.

Krapplack umsäumt seine Füße, die Mitte umsaust von Kornähren im flirrenden Licht.

Soviel Spaß hat es mir gemacht im nahen und rotgoldenen Herbst noch einmal einen Hauch von Sommererinnerung ins Bild zu bannen.

Sommerstürme fegten in diesem Jahr so  oft über unser Land und ließen das reife Korn im Wind tanzen.

Ich höre noch das sirrende Flirren in der Luft und rieche den satten Sommer im Nachklang. Herrlich.

Huiii, it’s whirls and swirls in the Flirrewirbelwind.

Krapplack fringes his feet, the center laps of ears of corn in the shimmering light.

So much fun it made me in the near and red golden autumn once again hint of summer memories into the picture.

Summer storms swept this year often over our land and let the ripe grain dance in the wind.

I can still hear the whirring flicker in the air and smell the summer lush in the aftertaste. Glorious.

Sold! Ein neues Zuhause für No. 109…A new home for No. 109

Heute Morgen erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass meine geliebte No. 109 nun auch ein neues Zuhause gefunden hat: in den USA!

This morning I received the message that my beloved No. 109 has also found a new home: in the US!

Ist das nicht großartig??!/ Is’nt that great ??!

Nun geht es wieder ans Verpacken. Eine große Versand- Kiste ist bereits bei der Firma Deufol in Dortmund in Auftrag gegeben. Sie haben mir ja schon bei der No. 97 und auch No. 406, No. 306 und No. 115 eine super Kiste gebastelt. Klasse Team! Klasse Arbeit! Ich freue mich schon auf die Zusammenarbeit.

Now it’s time to pack again. A large shipping box has already been ordered from Deufol in Dortmund. They already made me such a great box for No. 97 and also No.406, No. 306 and No. 115. Great team! Great work! I am looking forward to the cooperation.

No. 111 fliegt nach New York…No 111 flies to New York

Was für eine Freude! No. 111 hat ein neues Zuhause gefunden,in New York!

Hier zeigt sich die No. 111 noch einmal unverpackt von ihrer besten Seite, ehe sie auf die weite Reise geht. Luftpolsterfolie und großer Karton liegen schon bereit.

Here shows the No. 111 once more unpacked her best sides befor she goes on the long journey. Bubble wrap and large cardboard are ready.

Dem neuen Besitzer wünsche ich viel Freude mit der freudestrahlende No. 111 und sage „Danke“, auch an das Saatchi- Team und die liebe Rebecca Wilson.
I wish the new owner a lot of fun with the joyous No. 111 and say „thank you“, also to the Saatchi team and dear Rebecca Wilson.

Da reib ich mir die Augen und bin sprachlos. Vor Freude.  Anna Schüler, eine liebe Künstlerfreundin, machte mich gerade darauf aufmerksam, dass Saatchi mit meinem Bild „Tanz mit Nietzsche“ ganz vorne auf ihrer Startseite wirbt.

I rub my eyes and am speechless.With joy. Anna Schüler, a dear artist friend, just made me aware that Saatchi advertises with my picture „Tanz mit Nietzsche“ at the very front of her home page.

Was für ein Ehre! What an honor!

And here is the second „Eruption“

…ein verspielter, wilder Ausbruch des Lebens…
Mir kam es im Malen so vor, als sei dies eine „junge Seele“…ein Irrwisch, der sich ungezähmt und völlig vorbehaltlos ins Dasein stürzte, alles so nahm, wie es kommt, das „Dunkle“, wie das „Helle“. Ganz genau wissend, dass jede Emotion ihn zwar bewegen kann, doch niemals im Innersten verletzen. Es ist immer heile, selbst in großen Stürmen.

Kleiner Irrwisch, ich lieb dich.

… a playful, wild outburst of life …
It seemed to me in painting as if this is a „young soul“ … a whirlwind which untamed and completely unreservedly plunged itself into existence, everything adopted how it come, the „Dark“ as the „Bright“ , exactly knowing that every emotion can move him though, but never hurt the innerst Being. It is always intact, even in big storms.

Little whirlwind, I love you.
