Voller Vorfreude liegt Midnight inzwischen wohlverpackt in Seidenpapier und Luftpolsterfolie, die Zolldokumente sind gerade eingetroffen und bald gehts los, auf den weiten Flug in die USA.

Immer wieder ist es so schön anzusehen, mit welch ungeduldiger Vorfreude sich die Bilderschätze reisefertig machen. Geschwisterlich wird sich hier in Packseide, Schaumstoff & Co gelegt, schnell noch der Holzschutz umgelegt, der Karton sorgsam verklebt und nun Seit an Seit auf den morgigen Kurier gewartet.
Die Reise kann beginnen. Auf, ins neue Zuhause.

Again and again it is so nice to see the impatient anticipation with which the picture treasures get ready to travel. Here, like brothers and sisters, they wrap themselves in packing silk, foam, etc., quickly put on the wood protection, carefully glued the box and now waited side by side for tomorrow’s courier.

Was für eine wunderschöne Frühstücks Überraschung, die mich gestern Morgen per Email von Saatchi erreichte: Sold.
Und gleich zwei Bilder dürfen sich auf ihr neues Zuhause in New York freuen: Out Of Silence- Daydream und „Out Of Silence- Nightfall, die beiden Geschwister der Mini Serie: Out Of Silence.
Wie schön, dass sie nicht getrennt werden und gemeinsam reisen dürfen.

What a wonderful breakfast surprise that Saatchi emailed me yesterday morning: Sold. And two pictures can look forward to their new home in New York: „Out Of Silence- Daydream“ and „Out Of Silence- Nightfall“, the two siblings of the mini series: Out Of Silence.
How nice that they are not allowed to be separated and travel together.

Morgen ist es soweit und unsere No. 351 wird vom Kurier zur großen Reise nach Colorado abgeholt.
Die letzten Stunden gestalteten sich heute noch ganz schön aufregend…das Zollamt hatte wohl Serverprobleme und ich wartete und wartete ungeduldig auf die erforderlichen Dokumente. Nun bin ich soooo froh, dass es doch noch rechtzeitig geklappt hat, No. 351 schlummert warm und sicher in ihrem Bett aus Holz und Karton und wenn sie aufwacht, ist sie schon in ihrem neuen, wunderschönen Zuhause.
Tomorrow is the time and our No.351 is picked up by the courier on the big trip to Colorado.The last hours turned out to be pretty exciting today … the customs office probably had server problems and I waited and waited impatiently for the required documents.Now I’m sooo glad that it worked out in time, No.351 is slumbering warmly and safely in her bed made of wood and cardboard and when she wakes up she is already in her new, beautiful home.

No. 392 Auf dem Weg nach Boston…On the way to Boston
Heute Morgen um 10:00 erfolgte die Zollfreigabe und schon mittags wurde die No. 392 vom DHL Kurier zum Weitertransport abgeholt.
Inzwischen kennt mich der Kurier, er hat schon viele meiner Bilderschätze in ihr neues Zuhause transportiert.
„Was haben Sie denn heute Schönes für mich“, ist seine Begrüßung und:“ Wo geht es denn diesmal hin?“, seine nächste Frage.
Schön, wenn man sich kennt. Ein netter und sehr freundlicher Mensch. Bei ihm kann ich mich darauf verlassen, dass er die Sendungen mit viel Sorgfalt behandelt. Wir haben hier viel Glück mit unseren Postboten und DHL Kurieren.
Da kann ich nur „Danke“ sagen.
Nun ist die No. 392 bald in ihrem neuen Zuhause. Als Ankunftstag wurde der Freitag genannt. Hui, das geht schnell. Hach, ich würde gerne Mäuschen spielen und sehen, wo die Süße hängen und ihr Licht entfalten darf.
Aufregend.
Ich freue mich so sehr und wünsche dem lieben Sammler mindestens eine ebenso große Freude und wunderbare gemeinsame Zeit mit der No. 392.

The customs clearance took place this morning at 10:00 and No. 392 already at noon picked up by DHL courier for onward transport.
The courier already now knows me, he has already transported many of my picture treasures to their new home. „What do you have nice for me today,“ is his greeting and: „Where are this going this time?“, his next question.
Nice to know him.A nice and very friendly person.I can rely on him to handle the shipments with great care.We are so lucky with our postmen and DHL couriers. I can only say „thank you“.
Now the No.392 is soon in its new home.Friday was given as the day of arrival.Hui, that’s quick.Hach, I would like to play mice and see where the sweetie can hang and let her light unfold. Exciting.
I am so happy and wish the dear collector at least as much joy and wonderful time together with No.392.

She was just slumbering in her studio bed when she got the happy news that she had a new home: She’ll be going to Boston soon. Thank you Saatchi and a big thank you to the dear collector. I really looking forward to the new home of No. 392.
