Ich kann euch verraten, dass die Kirschblütenzeit nicht nur ein Höhepunkt des japanischen Kalenders ist, sondern ebenfalls einen Hochgenuss meiner Frühlingsfreude darstellt. Hach, wie schwelge ich im Anblick dieser rosafarbenen Blütenwolken. Ihr nicht auch? Selbst der graue Asphalt der Großstädte schaut so gleich viel romantischer und wie verzaubert aus.
Eine Hommage an alle herrlichen Kirschblüten dieser Welt:

Zwei Galerien haben mich angesprochen, meine Arbeiten zu veröffentlichen und zeitgleich installiere ich gerade meinen eigenen Bilder-Shop. Da könnt ihr euch sicher vorstellen, wieviel Zeit ich am PC verbracht habe.
Viele, viele Stunden in den letzten Tagen, bald Wochen. Aber jetzt konnte ich doch auch zwischendurch endlich wieder einmal in meine Farbtöpfe springen.

So named after the first page of the daily newspaper which even now can and could even under my brush.That’s fun!
Mitten im Malen tauchte im Hintergrund Frank Sinatra auf und flüsterte mir säuselnd sein Lied ins Ohr:
Throughout the whole painting process, Frank Sinatra appeared in the background and murmur whispering his song in my ear:
„Fly me to the moon, let me play among the stars….“
und die Pinsel wirbelten, die Farbe floss und tropfte, perlte satt und süffig auf die Leinwand. Heraus kam die Serie: „Take Me To The Stars“ und selbst jetzt, während des Schreibens und auch im Betrachten der Bilder höre ich Frank Sinatra in meinem Ohr. Geht es euch auch so?
