“ Midnight“ ist nun vom Kurier abgeholt und auf dem Weg nach New York.
Zuvor aber erhielt ich per DHL die Nachricht, dass die Zolldokumente verschwunden seien , also schickte ich sie nochmals hinterher. Nun dürfte einer reibungslosen Weiterreise nichts mehr im Wege stehen.
"Midnight" has now been picked up by the courier and is on its way to New York.
Before that, however, I received a message via DHL that the customs documents had disappeared, so I sent them again afterwards. Now nothing should stand in the way of a smooth onward journey.

Voller Vorfreude liegt Midnight inzwischen wohlverpackt in Seidenpapier und Luftpolsterfolie, die Zolldokumente sind gerade eingetroffen und bald gehts los, auf den weiten Flug in die USA.

Krieg ist nie die Lösung.
Wie könnte ich einfach zur Tagesordnung übergehen, wenn mich heute Morgen beim Frühstückskaffee die Nachricht erreicht dass Putin die Ukraine angreift.
Ich bin schockiert…und nutze meine Möglichkeiten, als Künstler für den Frieden zu werben. Das ist, was ich zu sagen habe:
NO War.
War is never the solution.
How could I just get back to business as usual when the news reached me this morning over breakfast coffee that Putin is attacking Ukraine.
I am shocked… and I am using my opportunities as an artist to promote peace. This is my statement:
NO War.
