Bonfire Heart, hach ich liebe dieses Lied von James Blunt. Erstmals bewusst hörte ich diesen Song bei „The Voice Of Germany“, in einer Version von James Blunt gemeinsam mit dem Show Kandidaten Chris Schummert.
Die beiden ergänzten sich phänomenal und versprühten ein regelrechtes Feuerwerk der guten Laune, sodass ich mir diese Version oft und oft in Wiederholung anhörte. Vor ein paar Tagen stieß ich zufällig wieder auf dieses Lied und *zack*, hatte sich ein Bild dazu freudestrahlend und regelrecht funkensprühend ins Leben gebracht.
Bonfire Heart, I love this song by James Blunt.I first heard this song consciously on „The Voice Of Germany“, in a version by James Blunt together with the show candidate Chris Schummert.The two complemented each other phenomenally and sprayed a veritable firework of good humor, so that I listened to this version often and often in repetition.
A few days ago I happened upon this song again and * zack *, had brought an image to life beaming with joy and literally sparkling.
Turbulent, aber nicht unbedingt chaotisch, so präsentiert sich für mich derzeit das Leben in Coronazeiten. Im Würfelbecher sind zwar dieselben Würfel wie zuvor, doch sie werden neu gemischt und oftmals ist das Ergebnis völlig anders, als von uns gewohnt…und befremdend. Man muss sich erst einmal herantrauen und hinsehen, ehe man sich getraut auch anzunehmen, was dort vor uns liegt.
Das Alleinsein, was jetzt zu Coronazeiten oftmals die schwerste Hürde ist, muss nicht weh tun und kann ein Durchgang zu etwas Neuem sein. „Doorway“, meine liebe „Sister in art“, Janet, sprach kürzlich in ihrem Blog übers solche Doorways, die sich öffnen, wenn man hindurchgeht.
Es ist eine Zeit voller Herausforderungen und neuer Chancen, voller Unsicherheit, aber auch Hoffnung.Wir haben es in unseren Händen, das Beste aus dem zu machen, was uns das Leben bietet.Lasst es uns versuchen…das Beste, was auch immer das für uns jeweils sei.

The dice cup contains the same dice as before, but they are shuffled anew and the result is often completely different from what we are used to … and strange. You first have to dare to look and see before you dare to accept what lies ahead of us.

Was für eine unbeschreibliche Freude, wenn mich ein Foto vom Sammler erreicht und mir zeigt, wo der Schatz nun Zuhause ist.

So schön zu sehen, dass sie einen herrlichen Platz gefunden hat um ihr Licht erstrahlen zu lassen.

Morgen ist es soweit und unsere No. 351 wird vom Kurier zur großen Reise nach Colorado abgeholt.
Die letzten Stunden gestalteten sich heute noch ganz schön aufregend…das Zollamt hatte wohl Serverprobleme und ich wartete und wartete ungeduldig auf die erforderlichen Dokumente. Nun bin ich soooo froh, dass es doch noch rechtzeitig geklappt hat, No. 351 schlummert warm und sicher in ihrem Bett aus Holz und Karton und wenn sie aufwacht, ist sie schon in ihrem neuen, wunderschönen Zuhause.
Tomorrow is the time and our No.351 is picked up by the courier on the big trip to Colorado.The last hours turned out to be pretty exciting today … the customs office probably had server problems and I waited and waited impatiently for the required documents.Now I’m sooo glad that it worked out in time, No.351 is slumbering warmly and safely in her bed made of wood and cardboard and when she wakes up she is already in her new, beautiful home.
