Vielleicht schon fertig…ich schlafe mal eine Nacht drüber und bin gespannt, was das Bild Morgen zu mir sagt 😀

Endlich wieder Farbe an den Händen…
Gleich drei Bilder sind in Arbeit und eines davon ist eine Übermalung, die mir ganz besonderen Spaß macht. Seit Monaten stand dieses Bild an einen Stuhl im Atelier gelehnt herum und wusste selber genau, dass es so, wie es *jetzt* ist nicht bleiben will, nur wie es sich verwandel möchte, war noch lang nicht klar.
Heute dann fand ganz von allein die Farbe ihren Weg aufs Bild und hat sich nur erst einmal feucht aufs alte Bild gelegt…nun harren wir beide der Dinge die da noch kommen mögen 🙂
Finally again color on your hands …
Three images are in progress and one of them is an overpainting which makes me very special pleasure. For months, this was leaned to a chair in the studio and knew himself exactly that as it is * now * it does not want to remain, just as it would like to Transform was long unclear.
Today then took all by itself the color their way onto the screen and has only once placed moist on the old picture … now we both wait for things which desire still to come 🙂

Inspiriert von der momentanen Flüchtlingskatastrophe, all dem Leid, den Vorurteilen, den Ängsten, die dort sagen, es käme Unheil auf die Länder zu, die den Flüchtlingen neue Heimat bieten…ebenso ist es möglich, dass die neuen Kulturen eine Bereicherung sind in all ihren unterschiedlichen Farben und Gutes aus dem erwächst, was sich gerade in vielen Ländern dieser Welt abspielt,vor allem scheint es mir ein Gebot der Menschlichkeit zu sein, den Mitmenschen in Not eine helfende Hand zu reichen.
Was wir derzeit erleben sehe ich als Chance und Herausforderung zugleich und eine so bezeichnete „Flutwelle an Flüchtlingen“ suggeriert eine überwältigende Katastrophe, wo es doch nur eine Welle im unendlichen Ozean des Seins ist.
Wir, die wir satt und friedlich in unserem Heim sitzen müssen keine Angst haben vor den Menschen in nasser Kleidung, ohne Schuhen an den nackten Füssen und mit kaum mehr als Hoffnung auf ein Über-Leben im Gepäck.
Eines scheint mir jedenfalls gewiss, um mit der somalischen Dichterin Warsan Shire zu sprechen: „Eltern setzen ihr Kind nur in ein Boot, wenn es auf dem Meer sicherer ist als auf dem Land“
In diesem Sinne: *Willkommen*!

Inspired by the current refugee disaster, all the suffering, the prejudices, the fears, saying there it would come harm to the countries that offer the refugees a new home … it is also possible that the new cultures are an enrichment in all its various colors and good grows out of what is happening precisely in many countries in the world, especially it seems to me to be a humanitarian imperative to reach out to fellow human beings in need a helping hand.
We who are fed up and peacefully sitting in our home must not be afraid of the people in wet clothes, without shoes on bare feet and with little more than hope for an over–life in his luggage.
One thing seems certain to me anyway, to talk with the Somali poet Warsan Shire: „Parents put their child only in a boat when it is safer at sea than on land“
In this sense: *Welcome*!

und ich kann nur fühlen, aber nicht in Worte fassen, was dort in Farben auf der Leinwand liegt…ich liebe dieses Bild 🙂

Ein gebrochener Zeh, zwei Bilder und ein Virus….One fractured toe, two paintings and one virus ….
Entschuldigt, dass ich mich in den letzten Wochen so rar gemacht habe, aber ein gebrochener Zeh, ein Hauch von Sommer und nun auch noch ein Magen-Darm Virus kamen des Weges und auch das wollte alles gelebt sein und will es immer noch.
Sorry that I have made myself so scarce in recent weeks, but a broken toe, a hint of summer and now even a gastrointestinal virus came along and also this wanted to be everything lived and it still wants to.
Zwischendrin haben sich trotzdem auch zwei neue Bilder ins Sein geschmuggelt, beziehungsweise sind sie noch mitten im wunderbar geheimnisvollen Entstehungsprozess und uns allen bleibt nichts anderes übrig, als uns von ihrem werden überraschen zu lassen.
In between nevertheless two new paintings have been smuggled into being, or better they are still in the middle of their wonderfully mysterious creation process and all of us have no choice but to let be surprised by their becoming.
