5 Arten, Bilder zu signieren…
und wahrscheinlich gibt es noch etliche Varianten mehr als nur fünf, doch hier einmal die, die mir so begegnen:

Variante 1: Das ist der „Zack, komm her du frierst“ Typ, „Man sieht doch sofort, wo die Signatur hin gehört“
Variante 2: „Ich signiere gar nicht und überlasse es dem Käufer zu entscheiden, wie herum er das Bild hängt“
Variante 3: Ich signiert das Bild einfach auf der Rückseite
Variante 4: Es dauert…und dauert…und dauert…es vergehen etliche Tage und Wochen der Betrachtung und Überlegung ehe die Entscheidung fällt, wohin sich die Signatur auf das Bild setzen will
Variante 5: Der Käufer signiert das Bild *zwinker*  <—Scherz

So….
Ich gestehe, dass mir Variante 1 am nahesten ist, wobei diesesmal, bei der Nr. 397, die Variante 4 ganz vorne im Rennen war…und es dauerte und dauerte und dauerte….etliche Tage und Wochen…ihr wisst schon, aber nun ist es vollbracht: Das Werk ist fertig und die Signatur hat sich für eine, wie ich finde ganz wundervolle, Ecke des Bildes entschieden. 🙂

Bestimmt kennt ihr noch viel mehr Möglichkeiten, Bilder zu signieren, also lasst es mich wissen… ich bin gespannt 😉

5 ways to sign paintings …
and probably there are quite a few variations more than just five, but here once the possibilities I meet so:

Option 1: This is the „Zack, come here you’re cold“ type, „You can see it immediately where the signature belongs there“
Option 2: „I do not signiere and leave it to the buyer to decide which way round it hangs the picture“
Option 3: I sign the picture simply on the back side
Variant 4: It lasts … and lasts … and lasts … it pass away several days and weeks of contemplation and reflection before the decision is made, where the signature        wants to put itself on the image
Option 5: The client signed the painting *twinkle  <—joke

So ….
I confess that variation 1 is closest to me, but this time, at No. 397, the variation 4 was up front in the race … and it lasted and lasted and lasted several days and weeks …. … you know but now it’s finished: The work is done and the signature has chosen a how I think really wonderful corner of the painting. 🙂

Surely you knows a lot more possibilities to sign pictures so let me know … I‚m curious 😉

Habt ihr es gespürt, gerochen und geschmeckt…Have you felt it, smelled and tasted…

Habt ihr es gespürt, gerochen und geschmeckt…habt ihr es gehört, wie der Frühling aus allen Zweigen bricht? Wie die Vögel sich im jubelnden Gesang gegenseitig überbieten….und die Osterglocken…recken ihre gelben Gesichter ins Licht und verströmen betörende Düfte….und die No. 394 ist frisch aus ihrem Kokon des Werdens ins Sein geschlüpft und strahlt mit dem Frühling um die Wette:

Have you felt it, smelled and tasted … you‚ve heard it, like spring break from all twigs? Like the birds try to outdo each other in the jubilant singing …. and the daffodils … stretch their yellow faces to the light and give off beguiling fragrances …. and the No. 394 is freshly hatched from her cocoon of becoming into being, and radiates with the spring around the bet:

Katherine Henning von Saatchi Art schrieb mir gerad per Email, dass unser blautürkiser Freund, die No. 385 in einer großartigen Kollektion abstrakter, expressionistischer Kunst vertreten sei.

Es ist soweit…ganz in Gelb…It’s done…all in yellow :-)

Heyhooo, No. 385 featured in Saatchi Collection :-)

Hui, heute erreichte mich mal wieder eine Email von Saatchi, mit dem Hinweis, dass No. 385 in der „New this week“- collection vorgestellt wird.

No. 385 ist schon ganz aufgeregt und fühlt sich sehr geehrt, inmitten so vieler prachtvoller Kunstkollegen zu „hängen“. 🙂

Hui, today I received an email from Saatchi again, with the remark that No. 385 is featured in the „New this week“ collection.No. 385 is very excited and feel very honored to be in the midst of so many magnificent art colleagues . 🙂

Der Start ins neue Jahr war bislang ziemlich turbulent und natürlich ist auch längst ein neues Bild in Arbeit …ein klein wenig Geduld braucht es noch, bis es sich bestimmt ganz bald als Erstling des neuen Jahres 2015 präsentiert. Einen Ausschnitt darf ich aber vorab schon zeigen… 🙂

The new year has so far been quite turbulent and, of course, a new painting is also long ago one in work …  It takes just a little patience until it presents itself as a firstling of the New Year 2015. But I already can pre-show a cutout … :-)
